Chuckie Finster is 2 year old Rug Rat with uncontrollable red hair, glasses and bucked teeth, and is left-handed. He was once famous, but is not anymore. He has plenty of time on his hands now to go traveling, and he is too young to do it on his own. So he needs your help in moving about.
