Dear CaptainMKL,

I can't say that I've enjoyed Australia so far! First my pouch was viciously attacked by a Schnauzer, then the dog's human spent FOREVER finding a new main pouch for me and sewing me back up. Then she put me on a bookshelf where she knew the Schnauzer couldn't get me and promptly forgot me - out of sight, out of mind!!!

I've recovered physically now (if not mentally), and the human just placed the following coins in:

  • US Quarter
  • US 5 cents
  • UK 1 Pound
  • Japanese 1 yen
  • Japanese 10 yen
  • Japanese 100 yen

She didn't place any Australian coins in me as she assumes other Australians will do that.

Believe it or not, we're headed off to a dog obedience class, and after that I'm to go into a cache - AT LAST!!!

Thinking of you,

Grab It (Not from a Cache) 5/9/2008 Snuva grabbed it   Visit Log

G'Day CaptainMKL,

After the longest journey I've had yet, I have arrived in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia! It's nice to be in a Commonwealth country again. 😁

So far all I've seen is airports, had a ride on a postie's motorbike, and sat in a letter box. Now I'm warm and happy at Snuva HQ. It's late autumn here in the Southern Hemisphere, but Snuva says we should have some lovely bushwalking weather over the weekend - so hopefully I'll be finding myself out caching again soon!

Bye for now-
