Current Goal

San Jose, CA has several sister cities and I want to see them all. Send me on a global journey to see each of our sister cities and tell me what you discover about them along the way. I will be used in August for a teacher in-service to show teachers how geocaching, GPS, and travel bugs can be used to enhance curriculum in the classroom. I need to see Pune, India - Okayama, Japan - San Jose, Costa Rica - Vera Cruz, Mexico - Tainan, Taiwan - Ekaterinberg, Russia - Dublin, Ireland. About This Item

In the Guadalupe River Park & Gardens you can take a stroll down the river and go on a global trek. Walk the 2.6 miles of trails to discover the story of the Peach boy, or sit and enjoy the landscaped area provided by our sister cities. I originated from the Friends of Guadalupe River Park & Gardens and the new geocaching program that will be available to teachers and classrooms in the fall.

    Unfortunately, apparently my Doc's Geocoin & TB Hotel cache has been cleaned out by a cacher and the trackables stolen. I have acertained this trackable and the others are indeed gone, so I am going to mark the them as missing👎, including some of my own I had placed there. I can't understand why some people do this. So Sorry. I will have to try to re-stock it sometime soon. Hopefully these trackables will resurface and get logged sometime.
