This trackable was earned during the 2022 Central Region NYS Parks Geocaching Challenge. To earn this coin we (SassyOctopus, Abbylane35, WarriorSi, and Pablito1), traveled to many parks to find 45 caches. This year we went to Gilbert Lake State Park, Glimmerglass State Park, Hyde Hall, Robert Riddell State Park, Betty and Wilbur Davis State Park, Herkimer Home, Saratoga Springs State Park (Sara/Cap Region Challenge Crossover), Selkirk Shores State Park, Sandy Island Beach State Park, Battle Island State Golf Course, Bowman Lake State Park, Oquagua Creek State Park, Chenango Valley State Park (we also camped here for a week), and Delta Lake State Park. We cached in all types of weather conditions to earn the coin this year, even an impending thunder storm at Delta Lake as we finished up! We were very glad to visit Robert Riddell State Park for the very first time this year and are looking forward to visiting it again in the future!
