…von dieser Coin nur zufällig erfahren und eine der 5 verfügbaren ergattert. Doch wer steckt überhaupt hinter dieser Coin? Als erstes ist es mal The_Travel_Bugs aka Steve Weeks. Seit vielen Jahren aktiver Geocacher, der ebenso wie viele andere auch das Hobby durch den Drang entdeckt hat, etwas draußen mit den Kindern zu unternehmen. Irgendwann begann er Musik zum Thema Geocaching zu veröffentlichen und auf die Bühnen der großen Events bringen. 2019 hat Steve dann in UK gespielt um dort erstmals mit der belgischen Gruppe Bugsy Travels & the Ammo Boxes aufzutreten. Diese Coin (Auflage 50 St.) ließ er dann produzieren, um damit die finanzielle Möglichkeit zu bekommen, am HQ 20 Years Event in 2022 zu reisen und dort ebenfalls zusammen mit den belgischen Musikern auf der Bühne zu stehen. Natürlich musste es auch diese Coin in meine Sammlung schaffen und ich war schnell genug, eine der wenigen letzten Coins zu ergattern! ...only found out about this coin by chance and got one of the 5 available. But who is actually behind this coin? First up is The_Travel_Bugs aka Steve Weeks. An active geocacher for many years who, like many others, discovered the hobby through the urge to do something outside with the children. At some point he began to publish music about geocaching and bring it to the stages of major events. In 2019 Steve played in the UK and performed there for the first time with the Belgian group Bugsy Travels & the Ammo Boxes. He then had this coin (edition of 50 pieces) produced in order to have the financial opportunity to travel to the HQ 20 Years Event in 2022 and also be on stage there with the Belgian musicians. Of course this coin also had to make it into my collection and I was quick enough to grab one of the last few coins! Thanks Steve, for this coin and of course Steve does the FTD here!
