DO NOT PLACE THIS IN A CACHE!!
The mission of this trackable with challenge coin is to attend events and celebrations where it can be handed to the next custodian who is preferably an active, retired, or a veteran of the military or the law enforcement profession.
It may travel anywhere in the world but the future custodian must be told what the mission is so the coin does not end up in a dead end or rarely visited cache instead of thanking those who served.
This trackable is being sent out in honor of my best friend Ed Levine who died 01 Nov 2022.
Ed just started Geocaching with me, see Edsrocket, this summer and created his own account. He had a keen eye for spotting well hidden cache containers before I could find them. He did not log all his finds and our last cache together was Henderson House - FCCRH in Falls Church where he spotted the host while I was reading.
Ed was very patriotic and knew so many important people in the community. We could not go anywhere without Ed knowing someone and having a chat with them. He served as a Fireman in Vienna and did a few years in the Marine Corp so he had a love for those who served their community and country.
