Sorry for keeping this guy so long. Really, really wanted to put him in Bridge on the River Quack cache when I was in New Orleans 3 weeks ago, but schedule and the fact that I wasn't driving just prohibited it. At least I got him to Louisiana now so maybe somebody can move him along.
