Current Goal

This TB is a tribute to Marc-André Fleury, a current goaltender in the NHL.  He was part of a success for the Vegas Golden Knights, during its first years in the NHL.

This TB wants to follow the Vegas Golden Knights, hoping to reach Las Vegas for a home game, or be in town for any Golden Knights away games.

 

About This Item

 

Marc-André Fleury was drafted first overall in 2003 by the Pittsburgh Penguins, where he won three Stanley Cups (2009, 2016, 2017).  

During that offseason, he was a top goaltender expansion draftee for the Vegas Golden Knights, who joined the NHL in 2018, and making it presence known, winning a record 13 playoff games on route to the Stanley Cup finals in its inaugural season. 

Marc-Andre Fleury would win both the Vezina and Jennings trophies in 2021 with the Golden Knights.

He is also the third NHL goaltender to reach 500 career wins, behind Martin Bordeur and Patrick Roy.
