About This Item

TBird's Ohio geocoin

This is one of 4 coins in a set going around from me as a way to thank OKIC (Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana Cachers, based in Cincinnati) for getting me into Geocaching. One for each state and a OKIC geocoin. Thanks guys for all your help!!! I would appreciate any pictures to document these travels.
If this coin is stolen may your GPSr blow up in your hand, lead you into water, and over cliffs until it is dropped into another cache.

Grabbed if from a FTF cache tonight in Clawson MI. I just finished emptying the car from a Chicago trip and dropping my son off a Scout camp in Northern Ohio. Before bed I though to check the email and there was a new cache listing 20 min old so off I went.

I almost didn't take the coin as I though I had already retrieved the coin. But when I looked further it didn't quite seem the same. When checking at home there is a coin called "Michigan Pride Geocoin" TB1DW3J which is also in the shape of Ohio and feels like the same type of coin.

I have toured some of the NY canal system but never knew Ohio had so many.

Grabbed up in Hayward WI. Will try to move along quickly. Neat heavy coin. Was tempted to keep it, but was scared of what would happen if I did :)
