Overall: To travel to each A-10 base and have it's picture taken at the gate Marque. There are 16 bases all together (plus deployed locations). This A-10 Flying Tiger TB is a member of a very proud tradition, that of the American Volunteer Group (AVG) the Flying Tigers. This group of people volunteered to help the Chinese defend themselves against the Japanese BEFORE the US entered WWII. "Flying Tiger" aircraft can be easily recognized by the tiger teeth and eyes painted on the nose of the aircraft. Found the Flying Tiger along the shores of Priest Lake, Idaho. Planning to relocate somewhere in central Idaho...closer to its goal of Boise, Idaho.

We found this travel bug on the beautiful shores of Priest Lake in northern Idaho. This is our first travel bug find! We loved learning about the Flying Tigers and seeing where it has travelled.
We plan to take him to a new location in Idaho to get him closer to his current goal of Boise, Idaho.

I was hoping to move it closer to one of the goal cities, but no such luck. I did drop near Fairchild AFB though so hopefully someone can pick it up and get it closer to your goal cities. Thanks for sharing such a cool TB.
