This copy-coins mission is to create more awareness to the fact that there are many people that destroy th fun of geocoins by stealing the coins of others.
Remember. Coins that you find ARE NOT, CAN NOT, AND NEVER WILL BE YOURS. Keeping them is STEALING !!
Since the original coint was one of our many coins that were stolen bij nasty people who collect them we came up with an idea to create some awareness for coin theft and also to give people the possibility to get a nice icon of this coin in their geocaching profile.
Why is this card/coin called CHAOS coin? Well, there will not be just one copy-coin traveling. That would be to simple. How many will there be. . . .we do not know yet. We'll be starting with a few, but if all goes well, there will be many.
You can log it in a cache, but it will probably be in another cache. So, our advice is, take the card with you, discover the coin with the tracking code and place the card in another cache to keep it traveling.
Just one request to all of you who read this. Take a moment to think if you yourself have a coin somewhere that you forgot to replace back in the game. It is NEVER to late to return a trackable to the game by placing it in a cache. Even if you have had de trackable for over a year or longer, the owner of the trackable will be very happy to see the trackable traveling again.
