SNSpencer’s DEF CON Geocoin #2

This is part of a group of 5 DEF CON Geocoins launched from the Sacramento, CA area. These are really nice silver coins with holes drilled around the perimeter to give them a unique look without having to use colored enamels. Can you decode the binary message on the coin? All five coins have been encased in the Coin Slabs since the "Loose" ones get lost to easily. Please do not remove from the protective coin holder. Keep me moving and post pictures along the way.

It looks from previous photos that this was once an actual coin... now just a laminated card with tracking number as I found it.
