Current Goal

I maintain records on my trackables. They have the goal to circulate more than five years and to be moved by more than 25 cachers. That is a target rate of five drops per year for five years, or a drop every 73 days. The past average drop rate of my trackables in US is 124 days, in Europe it is 71 days. Please keep it moving, then drop it in a safe place!

If in the US, please drop it at an event, in a Premium Member only OR a rural cache near a busy trail or road. Do not place it in an urban, non-premium cache. Transport the bug in the original plastic bag for as long as the bag lasts; the bag keeps the trackable clean and dry, protects the number and prevents tangling with other items. Otherwise, take the trackable anywhere you wish.

About This Item

Each black wheel in this series of travel bugs represents one of the hundred most collected American-made production automobiles (see https://www.hemmings.com/stories/article/top-100-american-collector-cars-of-all-time). A few had limited production and cost a fortune whereas others were sold to families and were relatively inexpensive. Some had eye-catching designs, others had technological advances, still others had chassis’ that were popular fodder for later street rods. Whatever the case, there is something about all of them that makes collectors compete for ownership.

A small independent automaker like Graham could think outside of the box; already famous for its inspiring Amos Northup designs, Graham also set trends under the hood. The curvaceous 1936 Superchargers–especially the desirable Coupe and Convertible Victoria–had the power to back up their style, and smart collectors appreciate true innovators.
