    So we ran the Race for the Cure today in St Petersburg - I had this coin with me in my pocket. I shared it with many non-cachers that were at the event. I will post pictures soon! Thanks for letting me hang on to this until I could complete the race - it was a very emotional event!!

    • After the Race for the Cure in St Pete FL I had the coin in my pocket for both the run and the walk (we did both)!! All for a Great cause. This is the portion of our team that completed the run.
    • Getting ready for the Walk for the Cure Diane (pink tee shirt) marked her one year anniversary at the Race for the Cure in St Pete FL. A very emotional day for us all!

    One of several CA caches that I logged today!!!! And what an interesting location. In San Diego for work earlier this week,came up to Del Mar to visit some friends and introduced them to caching while I was here. Actually gave him the garmin and had him find the cache!! This was a great way to show them what it's like! TNLNSL TFTC!!!!

    HAPPeMurphy let me grab this from him. The A of HAPPeMurphy and I have an Aunt who is a survivor, and my mentor from my first job in the NoVA area is a survivor. I participate in numerous events to raise money and awareness of this dreaded disease (Race for the Cure and several golf tournaments). Every woman should have a base line mammogram and make sure you do monthly self exams!!!! 😚

    I am actually going to do the Race for the Cure in Tampa FL in Oct - I will send an email to see if I can hang on to this coin until then - otherwise, I will drop somewhere here in NoVA.
