In his memory, I would eventually like to reach Australia, but getting there is half the fun. Took the bee with us today to visit our daughter at her college in Newport News, VA. Lots of cool nautical stuff to see here. An aircraft carrier is under construction nearby as well as the restoration of the USS Monitor.

Grabbed from Fair Play. We'll see if we can't move this guy to a new state soon. Scary part is that I've seen a few bees nearly this big this year. I think they are called Cicada Wasps, not sure.
