Good heavens! He's been with us so ong, and I didn't send a note to say he was with us! (Sorry!) We made a mad dash from California to Utah for ice cream (Leatherby's...of COURSE it was worth the trip! 5 ice cream meals in 50 hours!)

We took him with us to the Northern California Newfie Clubs 'Water Test' in Livermore CA, where my wife was a steward for the tests.

He's now in Santa Cruz (GCMMMA), near the beaches and the Boardwalk. We dropped him of about lunchtime on Christmas Day, at the first of 5 caches. (The Sunset picture was from the last cache that day, at Paradise Beach in Capitola, GCYVY3.)

  • Dacxjo at Leatherbys This was dessert in the evening, 1 SEP, South of Salt Lake City, during a geocaching/ice cream road trip on the Labor Day weekend. (And our third ice cream meal of 5 in just 2 days!)
  • Newfies at the beach Newfoundland Hounds are 'water dogs', and 12 dogs were taking their "Water Tests" in late September, at Del Valle reservoir. Beki was a steward for the tests. (Gibson wasn't intimidated by those mammoth dogs!)
