Finally dropped the hand cuffs off in a succesful, high trafic cache. Tried in PR but it was too isolated. Next attempt was Kensington Gardens in London but the cache was a micro. Tried in Luxembourg but another small cache. Finally found the perferct cache in the Tuilleres. Hope the cuffs are luckier than us and stay in Europe for a long time!

Took the bug to Aibonito, Puerto Rico. Found the cache at Las Tetas, two large, round mountains stacked together overlooking the Caribbean. Decided the location, while beautiful, was too isolated for the travel bug. Will drop it in London or Paris next.
