Current Goal

This is Sam the Travel Bug. Sam really wants to visit as many states in the United States as possible. There is an elementary school class in southeast Missouri watching his movement around the country. When you log your visit, please tell us a little about the part of the country where you found Sam. Sam is resting on a high point overlooking a beautiful green, mostly rural valley. When the rains stop everything will turn typical dry southern CA brown.

I haven't been finding any caches large enough for a TB lately. Therefore I'm just logging this one in and out of very small cache by the Pacific Ocean to get some miles on it. It is next to a special Least Tern nesting area. Read the Guildenstern cache site to learn about this area.

Biking around Chino Valley, AZ this AM finding a few caches while visiting our daugher. This area is high, 4000-5000', and dry, and semi rural. Beautiful vistas for miles around. Wide open spaces, with some areas gradually being built up. Will take this to CA soon.
