Howland

Howland Owl is a character in Walt Kelly's comic strip "Pogo". Along with Pogo Possum, Albert Alligator, Churchy la Femme, Porky Pine, and Beauregard de Montmingle Bugleboy, he is now a travel bug.

Howland is a bit bossy and occasionally hard to deal with, but as a friend he is beyond reproach.
