Oh jemine, was hat Bart nur wieder angestellt. Da rauschte er doch glatt mit seinem Skateboard in eine Delegation, die Homer die Ehrenbürgerschaft von Springfield verleihen wollten. Nun ist Homer hinter ihm her und will ihn würgen.
