I have been to New Orleans twice and with all there is to do and see one thing you can have anywhere is a taste of New Orleans to get a sense or in this case a smell and a taste of the experience.
Pictures of you cooking or eating this dish would be awsome !!!!

In case you loose it
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 Tbls worcestershire
1 tbls paprika
1 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup water
1 lb peeled crawfish tales
1 Tbls chopped green onion tops
1 Tbls chopped parsley
In a 2 qt batter bowl, combine buter, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Micro on high for 4-5 minutes until soft but not brown. Add paprika, worceshire, creole seasoning and crawfish. In a small bowl combine corn startch and water. Mix well and add to crawfish mixture. Mix well and cover with plastic wrap. Micro on high for 10-11 minutesor until cawfish are done. Serve over rice and garnish with onion tops and parsley.
