This key is part of an elementary school project to learn about latitude and longitude, and was taken from the "Fourth Rules "B"" cache (GC1CTEV). I picked this up from the Eureka 3 puzzle cache and mistakenly deleted the log. Now, for some reason, I can't submit a new "Found it" log, but I do have this key in my possession now and am hoping to move it pretty far soon. We'll see!
