About This Item

A likeness of my old phone in my bat-cowl.

So far I've lost one cell phone to geocaching. I had one other one crushed by an OC Tranpo bus, but that's another story. It was coming back from having just placed 'Hill Mill Ruin' that I noticed my holster was empty. I phoned my cell, but alas, it was on 'vibrate' and did not ring. I borrowed another phone and walked all around the cache area that evening with no luck. Over the next few days I called it and left messages to myself, hoping someone would answer so I could negotiate it's return. Even if it was some young kid with no intention of returning it, at least I'd know what became of it.. Man it was even a cool number!

I fully expect a cacher to find it's weather-beaten carcass up there behind Parliament Hill some day.

This TB is dedicated to that lost cell phone.

Grabbed bug in the Niagra Falls area. I haven't lost a cell phone yet geo caching. I have lost gold earings, ripped 2 good pairs of pants, 2 pedometers, (one in a bog with water to my knees and the other on just jumped off) and have lots of scars to prove I was bush wacking. Will take back to WI. to let him see the state. Glad to hear I am not the only one losing things!! :0) TFTB
