May 22, 2017: Updated Goal: It is time to return home. Please make your way back to Santa Clara county, California .... ideally to Morgan Hill (suth of San Jose). Thank you.

HORSEFEATHERS has a mission that has already been modified. The primary journey is to make her way from California to County Westmeath, Ireland, by way of New Orleans, Louisiana.
By making this journey HORSEFEATHERS will retrace the ancestory travels in reverse of Seek2FindMe. As is the case in life, things don't always follow the plan. TB HORSEFEATHERS met up with TB SEABISCUIT in Morgan Hill, California. Now TB HORSEFEATHERS would like to travel with TB SEABISCUIT on his journey back to his northern California home. After that brief sojourn together she would like to move along in her primary goal. The second (or third) part of her mission is to return to Morgan Hill, California. Detours in life, along the way, are acceptable. Please share photographs of her journey. They should reflect and celebrate family, dreams fulfilled, dreams in the making, and the idea that what goes around comes around. HORSEFEATHERS represents my own dreams made real. Hence her name (meaning something that is unlikely to be real). HORSEFEATHERS is a Gypsy Vanner, aka as an "Irish Cob". County Westmeath in Ireland is known for breeding Thoroughbred Race Horses, and the Irish Draught. Those breeds/breeding programs date back centuries. Modern day Irish Cob "Gypsy Vanners" are a relatively new recognized breed. In reality, this type of work horse has existed with a less exotic name for a long time. For non-horse geocachers, the term feathers or feathering refers to the long hairs around the base of the legs of certain types of horses. Dreams are like feathers...floating and drifting thru your lifetime. They scatter with the slightest movement of air. They lightly place themselves into your field of view. Sometimes you can pick them up and place them in a secure place. Other times you grasp and reach, barely touching. They are beautiful, and hardy, and gifts from heaven. No matter what your dreams, it is my hope that HORSEFEATHERS gives you a moment to pause, catch your breath, and reach out for the dreams you have kept just out of reach. TB SEABISCUIT is actually named "Racing Around the Country TB 9T99VN" He was set on his mission by a 9 year old little girl. I thank her and other geocachers along the way for bringing this particular TB into my life. I have shared this experience with a dear horse loving friend (TuckersBlueSmoke). Thank you all!
