Discovered it while on a cache hike with members of the CVGA. This was a toadily appropriate TB for the series of caches found today!

Placed as requested near water. This cache has a great view of the Rappahanock River not far from where George Washington grew up as a young boy. This series of caches has several frog themes, and this cache had several frog buddies to keep him happy during his stay there.
