I retrieved this while caching this afternoon. I hadn’t intended to take on any more TBs . . . But . . . This one called to me. We just returned from visiting my daughter and only grandchild who live on the big island. We even took him on his first geocache in Honoka’a. My husband was amazed at how many times turtles came swimming up to him while he was out snorkeling. One came up to him and just stared at him for minutes on end. Finally he must have gotten bored and swam away.
I thought he might want to start our journey together by visiting the pond in my front yard. There was at least one buddy I could introduce him to. This month we are traveling all of Maryland for the annual CAM cache. I will look for a good spot to set him free. I’m sure that there is somewhere on the bay where turtles hang out.
