About This Item

The Lid Opener came to New Mexico in 1914 with my Grandparents, when the family came from Chicago. We picked up the copper buckle in Spirit cache by Joel and Lynne Mozer in Alamogordo. The lid and band was picked up on the NM high desert. UP & DP the Unacorns

The Zygodactyl and Fanghorn found this curio on June 16. Honoring the goal to circulate it around the west we turned it over to Strider (a/k/a Robert Southwick) to take with him on a river trip through the Desolation and Gray Canyons of the Green River this coming week. After that, it may travel further west and north to a different river in Montana, unless Strider finds a cache for it first. THE ZYGODACTYL
