Current Goal

My mission is to travel to the three wildlife education centers run by the NC Wildlife Resources Commission here in NC. I am in a race against my friends (Peppy, Slowpoke, Fuzzypack, Ribbit, and Dejaview)to meet my goal. Help me win by visiting Pisgah Center for Wildlife Education, Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and returning me to Centennial Campus Center for Wildlife Education.

Hoppy at Home

Hi my name is Hoppy and I am one of six friends who are trying to learn more about the wildlife of NC.

Two of the educators found me when they were doing an amphibian calling survey and brought me to the center to live with my cousin Ribbit.

The educators at the Centennial Campus Center for Wildlife Education (CCCWE)have been nice and taught us a lot about the Piedmont animals, but we want to learn more. So now it is unfortunately time for us to move on to our next destination. When we are done we would love to come back to CCCWE and help teach others about what we have learned.

Hoppy loved visiting this special spot, and wanted his photo taken by the nearby Center for Wildlife Education. Unfortunately the Center was closed & there were no traditional caches nearby for him to relax in, so we'll help him travel to a few more interesting NC locales before leaving him in his home state.
