Fun cache and location! On to more in Colorado mountains!
What an amazing, interesting, creative and fun GeoCache to find. Volunteers have kept this community safe since 1962. We bid farewell to the Jeep here. We carried you around 350 miles in two days on a motorcycle adventure. From an altitude of 4,700 up to a peak at 10,804 feet. Visited many GeoCaches and had a blast. We now release you back into the Wild. Safe travels.
One by one the travels bugs are finding new places to stay and we are bidding our farewells. We tagged this amazing Neighborhood Library and very well hidden GeoCache. It seemed like a wonderful place for our Memorial bug for little Alena. It has been a pleasure adding a motorcycle journey to her adventures. We release you back into the Wild. Journey Well little one, your memory will be with us forever.
In Naturita Colorado is a public library where stories of adventure and exploration of nearly every subject known to man can be found. After viewing a dozen Eagles on the way here, we bid farewell to the Eagle headed to the Statue of Liberty.
We bid farewell with the travel bug from Brazil at this spot. Another day of motorcycling on a Sports Bike through absolutely stunning weather and views.
So, let us live fully, love deeply, and continue to treasure the moments that truly take our breath away. To our geocaching friends, those present, those absent, and to the adventures and life that bind us all together. RollingEchos
So many lakes, lupine, mountain strawberries, Yarrow. These high mountain deserts in the west can be beautiful. We stopped and visited a cache near the train tracks. None of our travel bugs and their hitchhikers were able to secure a ride. So we are taking the gang out for a steak dinner and sleep. More motorcycle adventures tomorrow.
