Today, I happened upon the cache site where this Jeep was located. I heard an awful rumbling noise in the distance.
Roughly 100 yards from the cache site, I came across an outcrop area and observed a cool yellow Jeep pulling a large Dodge pickup over some very rough terrain.
My curiosity got the best of me, and as luck would have it, I had my camera with me as well. I took several pictures as the Jeep pulled the Dodge up and across the rock formations. I have uploaded the best photo to the Jeep TB contest site, which I am hopes might win the contest.
After the nifty photo shoot, I found out the reason for all of the commotion. If you will notice the pic, you will obviously find the Jeep pulling the pickup across the last rock formation. Notice the Jeep TB in the bed of the truck.
Interesting you say? Yeah! I thought so too.
Upon further investigation, I learned that the Jeep wanted a break from the TB dog tag and left it at the cache site. It had spent a great part of the day free from all and was enjoying the mountains.
While the Jeep was on it's excursion, the Department of Game and Fisheries came by the cache site and discovered the TB dog tag and chain. As good people as they are, they decided to return the tag to it's rightful owner-whom was out "Booney Hopping" for the day.
I watched for several minutes as the poor Game commision pickup failed to make the climb.
Here's where I found the Dodge with the TB tag in the bed of it's truck and the Jeep pulling it to the top.
Glad I came to this site when I did. MAN! Jeeps are cool!
