To find Oregon State Mental Hospital at 2600 Center St NE in Salem, Oregon, snap a picture with the coin, and return home safely to CT.

(9/26/2008-- Rumor has it they will be tearing down the facility soon so Nurse Ratched needs to get a move on. There will be one wing saved for now but for who knows how long. There will be a new hospital there at some point)

About This Item

Years ago, my girlfriend was a nurse and I was still undecided about what I would become. We never would have guessed that we would grow together professionally after having moved away from our Western NY apartments and marrying our lives here in CT. Now we both work in Hospital Psych units and spend too much time talking about the sad things, the frustrating things, and the occasionally uplifting moments in working with this population.

I didn't know there was a NURSE coin...how awesome! I'm a nurse too. I work in a surgical ICU. My hats are off to all my nurse brothers and sisters out there!
