I discovered Tiki Joe while exploring the Geocaching Central website in search of the hidden Trackables, and I have to say... what a fun mascot!
I love the idea of Tiki Joe welcoming visitors to the site. It's a fitting ambassador for a place that's all about geocaching adventures, creative projects, and hidden surprises.
Reading the story behind Tiki Joe was just as enjoyable. The Survivor Pork Chop Island – Cachers vs. Muggles event sounds like an absolute blast! Twenty-five new caches, a race against the clock, and an island shaped like a pork chop? That's the kind of unique event geocachers never forget.
So far, this website has been one big virtual geocache. Every page I visit seems to reveal another hidden Trackable or another interesting story, and I'm having a great time seeing how many I can uncover.
