Another cache in the 13 cache series of Dogfort v Catfort

This is Chp. He is the bomb disposal expert. Head of intelligence. Finding this cache is easy but to get inside chips mind you will struggle The cache container is the hardest part of the whole puzzle. But you need to get in as the clue for Catfort is inside!!!

*crackle* *crackle* Come in Geohounds this is Dogfort, over! OK listen up soldiers. Especially you Geo pups! Catfort are on the attack. The long war between cats and dogs is coming to an end. It's all paws on deck. Your homebase is Dogfort. On my right paw is Red Lobster, we run the canine attack. They are daring and dont play by the rules. Their main attack is turning on all the hoovers in the house and playing thunderstorm noises over loud speakers........ THE HORROR! In return we shut the ports so the fisherman can't unload and we turn on the garden sprinklers whenever they are nearby. But too many pups are being scarred and we need to end it. This is where you come in. Each cache will contain a clue to Catforts final location. Once we have all the clues we can make our final attack.

Each cache is named after another of our associates. The hiding place is relevant to their call sign.

Come home safe and don't be seen by muggles. They are neutral but they take sides. There are friendlies out there but there are also crazy catfort operatives. I don't want to send a folded doggie blanket home to your kennel. Good luck and god speed.

THE NUMBER YOU NEED IS THE NUMBER OF MINUTES REMAINING ON THE DEVICE IN THE COMIC INSIDE THE CACHE.
