The cache IS at the listed coordinates, however you MUST have successfully logged all of the caches in the Louis and Henry series before you are eligible to find the cache. These caches are:

GC1MNDZ #2 KTP
GC1QK1E #3 Eastern Parkway
GC1VP64 #4 South Western Parkway
GC1XX27 #5 Third Street
You are looking for a well-stocked ammo can with some nice loot as a reward for your efforts. There is a possibility of discovery by muggles here so please take a few minutes to fully cover the cache. Only one item should be taken by the finder so there will be things for subsequent finders.
In addition to finding the cache and getting some "treasure", you'll discover a benchmark. I haven't found the benchmark listed on gc.com, however.
Lastly, the cache CANNOT be accessed from I64 so please don't even try.
