Villa Athena

Välkommen till Utby! Här ska vi ta en promenad och titta lite på arkitekturen. Vi börjar med det första hus man passerar när man kommer från Göteborgshållet.

Villan på Brodalen 14 uppfördes på 1920-talet på uppdrag av den grekiske konstnären Spiros Xenos (1881-1963) som ateljé och bostad. Huset sticker verkligen ut i de nationalromantiska omgivningarna.

Welcome to Utby! Here we'll take a walk and look at some of the architecture. Let's start with the first house one passes when one comes from the direction of Göteborg.

The house at Brodalen 14 was built in the 1920's for the Greek artist Spiros Xenos (1881-1963) as his studio and residence. The building really stands out in the middle of the national romanticism style surroundings.
