Tvättstugan

På Karduansmakaregatan 40 ligger ett gediget tegelhus med en rejält överdimensionerad skorsten. Det tjänstgjorde tidigare som panncentral och centraltvätt för det egnahemsområde som ligger öster om Sysslomansgatan och byggdes 1949-51. Idag är byggnaden privatbostad.

On Karduansmakaregatan 40 is a solid brick house with a clearly oversized chimney. It was previously the central boiler house and laundry for the egnahem area located east of Sysslomansgatan and built in 1949-51. Today, the building is a private residence.
