McGigi: Time to put this one in the TB gaveyard. Thank you to all of you who attend the TB farewell event and taught me so much about tavel bugs. I haven't yet logged one. Maybe one of these days I will understand this craze, but I just don't yet understand these things, but it was fun to learn more and understand them much better. It was great to see everyone one last time. Thank you so much for coming to my first event and making it so fantastic. A special thanks to Brenda the manager for helping all of us and trying to make the event even better.

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Lunch and travel bug exchange at a local eating establishment. The event will begin at 11:30 am. If you have TBs or Geocoins to set loose this would be a good time to celebrate their "Birth" and send them on their farewell travels.

A short discussion will occur of travel bug placement and movement. If you have any questions, there will be some experienced geocachers in attendance who might be able to answer those questions. We are also hoping to have a "high cacher" (our most esteemed approvers) or two on hand.

We have spoken with the management and they are willing to accomodate a large group, but we need to give an approximate number of people who will attend so, please let us know if you plan to attend this event.
