World Tour Multi-Cacher Multi-Cache
Stage 1 of the series.
WT01-Dublin - World Tour Destination

  • At the posted coordinates you will find two 4-digit numbers (YYYY - ZZZZ)
     
  • Find in "the big city of Dublin" the point where LANSDOWNE RD; BEATTY'S AVE; HERBERT  RD and NEWBRIDGE AVE connect.
    Take the coordinates from that point (N AA    ° AA.AAA  and W 00B°  BB.BBB)
     
  • Calculate waypoint C and go there:

  • From waypoint C project waypoint D:

    Length 1.34 km; 22    ° true

     
  • At waypoint  D  you will find the information to the final.
    Please be gentle with the container and hide the way it was found!

  • Waypoint C is 26.3 km to the East of the posted coordinates (as the crow flies)
  • Waypoint C is the point were the trail meets the road

  • Waypoint D is in a swampy area. I recommend rubber boots, drinking water and bug juice, lots of it.
  • The Final is close to where you parked at waypoint C
The "World Tour" Multi-Cacher Multi-Cache is a cooperative effort of 18 Geocachers.   Each of the individual Stage caches may be treated as a normal, single cache.    You can complete the 20 Stages in any order.    Each Stage will include a *SECRET*, written on the underside of the cache container lid.    Don't forget to write it down if you plan to tackle the Final Stage!
