This is part of a series of caches set around the border of the parish of Old Warden, Bedfordshire
At each point where a road breaks through the boundary to enter the parish a cache has been placed. In the log book for each of these caches there is a piece of information which can be used to locate a bonus cache: The Interior.
Old Warden parish has a website at https://www.bedsparishes.gov.uk/old-warden-parish-council/. The parish is home to the Shuttleworth Collection which is an aeronautical and automotive museum located at the Old Warden Aerodrome.
The full list of caches in this series is below.
We hope you enjoy this series and get a feeling for the varied nature of this parish.
This cache is the final one in the "Parish Perimeter - Old Warden" series. By now you should have travelled around collecting a clue from each cache and got a good idea of what the parish is like. Now it's time to travel into the interior of the parish.
The headline co-ordinates mark the location of Shuttleworth House, the grounds of which contain the Shuttleworth Collection and Swiss Garden, for which the parish is best known. It is NOT where the cache is located. To find it you need to go to the following place.
