USN Radio Chief's National Park Service Travel Bug

This TB wants to visit the 401 locations managed by the National Park Service.  As the bug travels, please feel free (optional) to add a new keychain from another National Park, National Monument, National Historic Site, etc. before you place it in a new cache.  As the bug travels please give a description of the National Park Service location it visited in the bug's logs.

From the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace in Kentucky to Zion National Park in Utah there are 401 sites managed by the National Park Service which are located across the United States and territories, preserving our herritage, natural beauty, history, wildlife, and conservation. The park service is the guardian of our National treasures.

To become a National Park Service site, the location must meet four specific criteria: 1. It is an outstanding example of a particular type of resource. 2. It possesses exceptional value or quality in illustrating or interpreting the natural or cultural themes of our Nation's heritage. 3. It offers superlative opportunities for recreation, for public use and enjoyment, or for scientific study. 4. It retains a high degree of integrity as a true, accurate, and relatively unspoiled example of the resource.
