Ein paar Monate sind seit der FiFa WM 2010 vergangen.Tausende Tickets, Vuvuzelas und Fanartikel sind verkauft und über den Globus verteilt worden.

Einer von ihnen, ein kleiner Zakumi-Schlüsselanhänger soll nun in sein Heimatland zurückkehren. Ihr könnt ihm bei seiner Reise durch Europa und den schwarzen Kontinent bestimmt ein wenig weiterhelfen.

Wer dem Owner ein Bild schickt, auf dem der Travelbug, Zakumi und das Fußballstadion Soccer City zu sehen sind, darf den Reisenden Leoparden behalten! Viel Erfolg und gute Reise wünscht Gehrminator

    Back in BC, things got busy. Few opportunities to get of the island, and only two isolated caches left to find on the island (neither promising with respect to room to place Zakumi.

    So we waited.

    Eventually, an oportunity arose. Back to Vancouver Island, but this time with a stop at the airport to drop Zakumi in a place where he might find a ride leading home.

    Actually, I dropped Zakumi goes home at the cache, but neglected to log it in. Turned out to be an extended "visit."

    When the cache (and the TB) hadn't been found for over a month, I picked it up again and Zakumi and I headed over the mountains to Alberta…

    That turned out to be a dead end! The weather was cold, there was snow on the ground, we had several friends and family members that we needed to visit, and we had little opportunity to go caching.

    All we managed was a close enough approach to mark a visit to a previously found cache in Red Deer before returnng to the airport and bac to BC...
