After coming back home from our long trip to Jihlava, today we took things a bit easier and went for our daily geotrip a bit closer to home. Laura found this adorable garden park and chateau, so we planned a nice walk around the place. We parked at the main parking lot (the only car there in this deserted place, and headed out on a 9.3 kilometer walk, during which we found eight physical stashes and four labs, and extended our current FI streak to a nice 86 days.
This was our fourth stop, and getting here was quite exciting! We first walked near the river for some time, soon setting our sight on a giant bridge structure, next we met a donkey, llama and goat which we spent some time with, after which we found a random scared and abandoned-looking sheep, visiting an awesome underground tunnel and having to run on thin cracking ice, after which we cut through the fog into this art of the forest to find this very randomly placed statue! This park is just really amazing! As we came to this bridge, we started searching in the obvious spot, and we soon knew where to look Boy, is this a pretty smart hint!
Even with the quite obvious hide, it still took us for the fourth and final try before we were able to get to the stash. We opened up the lock & lock container, and I penned in our nick at 12:53 pm, making this our 1937th overall find! This is another wonderful place in this garden park, thank you for the stash here, grimpereau & Martin296! Before putting everything back, we took the TB which was here, though unfortunately the two other TBs which are in the cache inventory aren't here!
Hope this one isn't in TB heaven, but it definitely wasn't in the cache! :(
