About This Item

Embroidering the world - goldwork fish

The original TB went missing so have re-released it with a new name and mission

This new TB is a little and embroidered fish that I have made myself. Completed with leather, goldwork metal threads and beadwork, this is very delicate so please look after him.

The intention was to get your lovely fish TB to the beach but alas we're struggling to find the time and so we (Cora the geodally & I) decided to drop it off today nr the lovely Alyn River; it's a step closer to achieving one of hopefully many of it's objectives.

What a lovely TB - thank you for making it and sending it on it's travels. We will take great care of it.

Cora (geodally) and I found it today as we walked on a stretch of the Llangollen canal between Whitchurch and Willeymoor Lock. The plan is that as soon as Wales opens it's borders (following Coronovirus Pandemic) we will take it to the seaside. We have really missed our Welsh camping trips so far this year and can't wait to get back to a beach for some 'frisbee in the surf' time. It will be our first time geocaching on the coast; we hope to find a cache in a gorgeous spot to do this beautiful hand-crafted TB justice.
