Current Goal

I want to meet cachers with strong backs willing to move me. One day I hope to meet my long-lost brother, Milestone Marker II.

Saved from the trash heap, Miles Stone has set me free to meet other cachers. You'll need to come prepared to haul me away because I'm four feet tall and weigh in at a hefty 210 pounds!!!

Please feel free to log me as "discovered" if you find me and can't move me. Only log me as "found" if you help transport me to an event or another cache. Either way, sign me if you'd like. If possible, I'd love to be in photos with other milestone markers. As always, enjoy the adventure!

Milestone Marker 1 now has a new name tag that is much easier to read, which should also lead to more discoveries along the way. Took MM1 to a monthly gathering of the usual suspects, some that have seen MM1 before and other that have not. MM1 will likely be getting some miles now that the weather is warming.

My initial plans to get MM1 to GeoWoodstock XV have been foiled due to a schedule conflict, but maybe another cacher with a strong back (and hand truck) will take up that challenge. In the meantime, MM1 will find a nice place to relax near Richmond, Virginia.

Spotted this at the meet-n-greet today at Eddie's in Mooresville. Sorry I was unable to move it to a suitable cache container. Maybe hidden in plain sight is the best way to go .

Hey, I'm from Conneticut too! Grew up in West Simsbury. Doubt if my wife will let me bring this back to CT when we drive up next year, sorry...LOL.
