Napoleon is part of Mr. Holliday's class gecocaching project. He is on a trek around the world. He is currently representing Mr. Holliday's 7th period Social Studies class.

About This Item

Napoleons's goal is to rack up miles and visit some of these places: Egypt, China, India, Greece, Europe, Mexico, and places that Native Americans lived. The only catch is that the travel bug must visit places of ancient importance. We are talking about the time period from prehistory to the European explorers. Leave an interesting note and/or a picture that contains the place the travel bug is placed. Each class is competeing to complie a log from each of the places listed. We are combining math and geography for this project.

I left him near a very interesting place: the former Heeresversuchsanstalt in [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peenem%C3%BCnde]Peenemünde[/url] on the island of Usedom. This place played an important role during the II. World War and in the guided missiles development.
