I read about this 50sumtin memorial table/trackable, but I hadn't run across it in any of my trips through the Wilder Ranch buildings. I hadn't really looked hard, though, and I don't usually walk through the garden area. Today I wanted to hike the Engelsman Loop, so I made a point to come over and search for the table first. There really aren't many places where it could be, and I found it easily. What a wonderful tribute. I never met 50sumtin, but from everything I've heard about him, he was a great man well deserving of such a memorial. I wish I had met him while he was still with us.

We visited here over 6 years ago for the debut of the memorial bench. Boy, how time flies! Hiked the Cowboy Loop of Wilder Park before revisiting this afternoon. Picked up a couple of Bud's puzzles by UCSC, home of the banana slugs, earlier this morning. Ate some snacks in his honor. We miss you Bud.

I remember looking for this a few months ago and was unable to locate it. Returned today with the GCWidow and quickly located the little guy. I am not sure how I missed it the last time. This is a really great tribute to 50sumtin who spent so much time in this park. I would award a favorite point if I could as this is a brilliant trackable. Thanks!

it's been a while since the bench was logged so today I stopped at Wilder Ranch to check on it, happy to report the bench is doing fine, the trackable tag is in place.
