About This Item

Sundance is a sundial consisting of a thin ring which is its own gnomon. A single hole in the ring allows sunlight to fall on the inner surface to read the time. Sundance wants to see the daylight as often as possible. Hold it in your hand and it is going to dance in the sun.

We were concerned that we had held on to this for too long so we decided to drop it off on an important day for the Hokesters. Today was our 1st Caching anniversary so we re-visited our first ever cache find at Reserview!
