After a quick consultation with the owner, Destination Afghanistan was retrieved from walks and views galore-ious and handed over to a Geocaching work collegue of mine who is to take him to Afghanistan. May be off the radar for a while until my friend can get him placed but Afghanistan is his destination. Would have liked to take him myself, but unable due to illness.
