This very utilitarian traveler was released to the world at the Greater Fresno Area Geocacher's Get-together on 19 October, 2002. "1 of 5" was released with four others with all of them going in five different directions. They hope to see as much of the world as they can (on the shoestring budget they have) with the hopes of returning home by December 2004 to swap stories.

As of 07 February 2004, this is the only one of two of 'The Original Five' that is still traveling. The others have been kidnapped, stranded, or just plain lost. So...

1 of 5 - Resistance is Futile

"1 of 5" has been assimilating technology in its travels. Great Scott was able to capture a photo of "1 of 5" without being assimilated himself.
