Geocache Description:


This is my first hide and it is in Cary's Regency Park, located off of Regency Parkway. It is about a two mile walk around a small lake that has as occupants a pair of swans and a pair of blue herons and many ducks, geese and turtles. There is an amphitheater on the loop where events and small concerts are sometimes held. There is another cache, Hannah Berry, also on the loop. Pets are allowed on a leash. The container is a medium sized lock & lock that is camoed.

Easiest approach is take the paved trail around the lake until you reach a small pond. There you will see a hiking trail up the side of the hill. Follow the trail where your GPS leads you.
